Diaper Discipline — Day 1 of 108

Choose some kind of hair ornament -- a headband, a butterfly clip, even a bobby pin if you'd prefer to be discreet. Wear it in your hair half of the day. At lunchtime, move it down into your diaper (or panties). At dinnertime or when you go home for the day (whichever applies to you), move it back into your hair -- no matter what has happened inside your diaper in the meantime! When you go to bed, you may put the ornament back into your underwear for sleeping.
